25 YEARS OF THE RIGHT TO DEVELOPMENT: FRESH THINKING NEEDED?
Public event by Bread for All and The Swiss Catholic Lenten Fund in Geneva.
The ‘Right to Development’ is as a core component of Human Rights. It has however always been a highly controversial concept, which is reflected in the diverse and often contradictory interpretations of its content and objectives. 25 years after its inception, an in-depth analysis of where we are and how to go forward has become essential. Bread For All and The Swiss Catholic Lenten Fund put on the table the “Right to development” concept during an open forum.
2. December 2011, Geneva, Uni Bastions, room B106
